Replacement & Policy on Refund
Total customer satisfaction is our priority.
In the case, if you are disappointed with the services given, we will refund the money back, provided that after investigation the reasons are valid and proven.
Before purchasing it, please read the fine prints of every contract, it contains all the information about the services or the product you purchase.
Healthy customer service is totally our focal point. In any case, he / she will have to communicate with our support team if the buyer wishes to cancel the order. The order will be cancelled only if it has not been delivered from the back end.
Unfortunately, once the item is dispatched from our end, the order can not be cancelled. However, if the consumer is willing to pay the two-way shipping prices, the shipped product will be removed from the shipping company and the order will be cancelled.
Policy for Replacement:
To ensure that customers receive any damaged, faulty or incorrect product,replacement is given.
The replacement policy is valid for a period of 10 days from the date of delivery. A order for exchange by email will be requested by the buyer. We’re going to schedule a delivery and another unit will be delivered for 4-7 working days.
The following articles will be reviewed by the field executive during the pick-up:
- Serial number / Number of IMEI,
- Warranty Sticker on the laptop ‘s back,
- The package should not have been opened in any way and there should be no physical or water damage.
- Initial accessories, boxes and all ports should be unused and undamaged.
Policy on Refunds
In an event where the customer has not received the product according to the information specified or received an incorrect product , the customer may request a refund.
We will arrange a pickup and once the machine comes to the centre, our technical team will check the machine and the condition and we will initiate the refund in 15-30 days if all is okay.
